Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 180degrees
In a mixing bowl,mix all the dry ingredients together (all purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar)
In another bowl, mix the beaten eggs with the melted butter, chocolate essence.
Now mix both the dry and wet ingredients together. Add little milk if necessary.
Grease some cup cake mounds with butter and fill them half with the cake batter.
Place a set of them in the oven and microwave for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes your cup cakes will be ready. Let them cool completely in a rack.
Now take the butter and beat it with a beater along with the icing sugar. Mix the whipped cream gently with beaten butter.
Fill the cream frosting in a piping bag and decorate the cup cakes as you like.
I added a drop of mixed fruit jam over them just to decorate. Kids will definitely enjoy them as well as we.
For the green colour frosting I add a pinch of green food colour separately. And the white was the normal mixture of whipped cream, butter and icing sugar.
